Monaco Yacht Show 2026: Celebrating 35 Years of the Iconic Show - Journal By Yatco Home > Monaco Yacht Show 2026: Celebrating 35 Years of the Iconic Show Monaco Yacht Show 2026: Celebrating 35 Years of the Iconic Show Written by Gareth Williams The world's most prestigious superyacht exhibition marks its 35th anniversary in Port Hercule, with 120+ superyachts, the Blue Wake sustainability programme, and the industry's most influential gathering. Jan 8, 2026 35 Years at the Pinnacle of Superyachting The Monaco Yacht Show celebrates its 35th anniversary from 23–26 September 2026, returning to Port Hercule under the High Patronage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco. Since 1991, MYS has established itself as the unmissable annual event for superyachting, and this milestone edition promises to be the most significant yet. Each year, leading shipyards and brokers present over 120 superyachts and approximately 60 luxury tenders, offering a comprehensive view of industry trends and innovations. With an average fleet length of 50 metres and megayachts exceeding 100 metres, MYS provides a first-hand look at the options available for the most ambitious yachting projects. Nearly 40 new launches are expected to highlight the latest advances in design, technology, bespoke services, and sustainable solutions. Blue Wake: The Evolution of Sustainability Building on the success of the Sustainability Hub, MYS 2026 introduces Blue Wake—a rigorous benchmark programme designed to accelerate eco-sustainable innovation in yachting. Developed in collaboration with the Water Revolution Foundation, Blue Wake showcases the most forward-thinking and environmentally responsible exhibitors, from next-generation propulsion systems to sustainably sourced refit materials. The programme reflects a decisive shift in owner priorities. The largest generational wealth transfer in history is accelerating demand for hybrid-electric propulsion, waste-heat recovery systems, and hull designs focused on efficiency. Today's owners expect innovation to be a core component of their builds, and MYS 2026 delivers. Beyond the Quayside The show brings together more than 560 exhibitors and highly qualified professionals, including designers, naval architects, builders, equipment suppliers, and brokers. The Monaco Yacht Summit offers a programme of conferences and themed roundtables that bring together experts, engineers, designers, yacht owners, and their representatives to analyse market trends and anticipate future developments. The Adventure Area combines luxury tenders, high-tech water toys, cutting-edge gadgets, and an exclusive selection of luxury vehicles, while the Design and Innovation Hub showcases the latest concepts shaping tomorrow's superyachts. VIP visitors can access the Sapphire Experience, the official programme offering private tours, premium hospitality, and exclusive events throughout the show.
